The affirmations and guided prompts encouraged deep self-reflection and help me clearly write out my goals and visions, while also setting realistic plan to begin turning them into reality. The journal challenged me to sit with uncomfortable thoughts that was potentially holding me back while also channeling positive ideas about my mindset and stay consistent.
